TERMS & CONDITIONS

Enrollment, payment, cancellation, withdrawing policy & Special Discounts

REGISTRATION FOR ALL COURSES

To complete the registration process, you must fill in a form with your personal details, send us a copy of your passport/ID for safety reasons, and complete the payment for the course. Regardless of the course you choose to attend, there is a one-time registration fee of 45€, including our original eBook from Alpha to Omega and all the necessary material.

Intensive Courses of Modern Greek

Payment Policy: All the lessons are prepaid before the start of the course. Payment can be made through bank transfer, card, or Revolut / PayPal. You can choose the way you prefer and contact us to receive the payment details. Payments over a certain amount can also be settled in installments. Please get in touch with us for more information.

Cancellation policy: The payment for this course (done all at once or in installments) must be completed at least four weeks before the start of the course. If, for some reason, you need to cancel your attendance at the course, the school needs to be informed at least four weeks before the starting date. In this case, 1/3 of your payment will be refunded. No refunds are allowed if the cancellation is made less than four weeks before the starting date.

If, for any reason, you cannot attend the course on a specific day, the school needs to be informed at least 12 hours before the lesson. For last-minute cancellations in less than 12 hours, the lesson is charged.

Withdrawing policy: Withdrawing from a course means you decide to terminate the course, either part of it or the entire program. In this case, no refund is possible after the first day of the course.

Semi-private Greek language lessons

Payment Policy: Payment for this course is monthly. All the lessons are paid for in the first five days of the month. The tuition fees are calculated based on the number of classes taken monthly. The payment can be completed through bank transfer, card, or Revolut / PayPal. You can choose your preferred way and contact us to send you the payment details.

Cancellation policy: If, for any reason, you cannot attend the course on a specific day, the school needs to be informed at least 12 hours before the lesson. For last-minute cancellations in less than 12 hours, the lesson is charged.

Withdrawing policy: Withdrawing from a course means that you decide to terminate the course. In this case, whether the withdrawal is announced at the beginning, middle, or end of the month, the current monthly tuition fees must have been paid, and no refund is possible.

Private Greek language lessons

Payment Policy: All the lessons are prepaid before the start of the course. The payment for the first package is completed in one installment, while the other two can be settled in two or three installments. You are entitled to a 5% discount if you pay them off in advance. The entire payment for the chosen package has to be made within the time frame for the lessons to be completed based on the prearranged program. The payment can be achieved through bank transfer by card or Revolut / PayPal. You can choose your preferred way and contact us to send you the payment details. Payments over a certain amount can also be settled in installments. Please get in touch with us for more information.

Special Discounts: There is a 10% discount for two people who wish to enroll together and a 15% discount for three or more people. The discount is given only to students at the same level and applies only to the course’s fees, excluding the registration fee.

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS

Our school is closed during national holidays. Lessons that fall on a national holiday, are rescheduled for another day. National holidays in Greece are: 01/01, 06/01, 07/03, 25/03, 22/04, 23/04, 24/04, 25/04, 01/05, 02/05, 13/06, 15/08, 28/10, 17/11, 06/12, 25/12, 26/12.

INSURANCE

The price of the course does not provide insurance. The school is not responsible in case unpleasant incidences occur. Each student oversees taking out a valid insurance during his / her stay.

Following your enrolment, an appointment will be set up to examine your level online through a placement test with the guidance of one of our teachers. The trial lesson lasts approximately 30 minutes and is free of cost.

ACCOMMODATION

Students are responsible to organize their accommodation in Athens. However, in case you need our help, feel free to contact us to send you a list of accommodation places close to our school in the city center.

SPECIAL OFFERS

There is a discount of 10% for 2 persons who wish to enroll together and a discount of 15% for 3 or more persons of the same level.
